How do I get started?

Is private care covered by insurance?

Long Term Care policies do cover private care and we will bill them for you. Medicare and most commercial insurances do not cover private care.

What are your payment options?

Credit card and ACH payments

What are the minimum and maximum hours of care provided?

Most caregivers on our registry are seeking clients who want a caregiver for a minimum of 6 hours a day, 5 days a week, but you and a referred caregiver will determine the days and times when care will be provided.

How soon can we get started?

Depending on the case, it is best to give a couple of days of notice. However, there are situations when a caregiver is needed the same day care. We will do our best to immediately respond to your referral requests and endeavor to find caregivers who are willing to accept your opportunity.
